Rachel Gussman Costello

Licensed Massage Therapist

Rachel graduated from the Swedish Institute of Massage Therapy in New York City in 2003. She is nationally certified and holds licenses in both Maryland and New York States. She trained under myofascial practitioner, Carrie Taylor in New York City where she learned to address specific injuries as well as general postural rebalancing work, all with the use of myofascial techniques.

She teaches her clients stretches and exercises for self-care to help maintain the treatments. Rachel also holds a Bachelors degree in American Studies from Goucher College.

Christine Cochrum

Licensed Massage Therapist, Licensed Esthetician, Certified Holistic Health Coach

Christine graduated from Muller College of Holistic Studies located in San Diego, CA in 2003 with her Holistic Health Practitioner certification. In 2004, she graduated from the Natural Healing Institute with a certification in Clinical Nutrition. In 2011, Christine rounded out her nutrition education when she graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner. Christine has also been a licensed esthetician since 2007, specializing in holistic skin care.

Christine was trained in massage by some of the finest instructors in San Diego, and learned a holistic style of massage, combining the therapeutic benefits of deep tissue therapy with the renewing aspects of a relaxing treatment.

Christine has had extensive training in holistic skin care with Dr. Hauschka, ilike organic skin care, Naturopathica and many others and uses her knowledge of nutrition to educate her clients on a healing the body from the inside out.

Christine's passion for holistic nutrition and health coaching comes from many years of studying the body as a massage therapist and esthetician, her own struggles with nutrition and weight issues and years of education as both a Clinical Nutritionist and a Health Coach.

Aliya Baskerville

Licensed Lead Massage Therapist 

Aliya began her studies in music, art, and dance at Arts High School and continued at Newark Performing Arts Center in Newark, NJ. She went on to study Television/Radio/Film at Temple University, where she received her BA in Communications. Her mother encouraged her to pursue a career in the healing arts after receiving many massages and experiencing the natural touch Aliya possessed. Her passion for helping others lead her to study massage therapy at the Baltimore School of Massage, where she graduated in 2010. Incorporating stretching techniques into the massage to assist with mobility, flexibility, and overall relaxation, Aliya strives to perfect her technique to create a beneficial and relaxing experience for each client she works with. 

Sara Smart

Licensed Massage Therapist

Sara graduated from the School of Health Professions, Massage Therapy program, through CCBC Essex in 2010. She has studied Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Myofascial release. She has also completed her pre & peri natal certification through the Nurturing the Mother course by Claire Marie Miller. Sara is interested in all aspects of the massage and wellness industry and is planning on continuing her studies to become an esthetician later next year.  

Sara Rossio

Licensed Massage Therapist

Sara is a Nationally Certified Licensed Massage Therapist, and a graduate of the Baltimore School of Massage. Sara specializes in Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release and Integrative Reflexology. Sara is also trained as a Reiki II practitioner. Sara feels that massage therapy is her calling and she is honored to be able to help her clients reach optimum health and a balance of mind and body by acting as a facilitator for their healing. She strives to create a relaxing and therapeutic experience tailored to her clients' individual needs, using an integration of massage techniques and energy work.

Jessica Foster

Licensed Massage Therapist

Jessica Foster is licensed Massage Therapist. She specializes in deep tissue and Swedish massage with additional training in Reiki, cranial-sacral therapy, and lymphatic drainage fundamentals. As a seasoned massage therapist of over ten years she brings a great deal of experience into each of her sessions, incorporating different modalities, intentionally creating a massage that will suit her client's specific needs. She truly enjoys facilitating her client's personal goals towards wellness, empowerment and improvement. Jessica is very passionate about the positive effects of therapy on the body and mind.

Thomas Beard

Licensed Massage Therapist

Thomas is a native of Fayetteville North Carolina and shortly after finishing two Bachelor degrees, he worked at Central State Hospital in Petersburg Virginia as Recreational Therapist, Counselor and Fitness instructor. He has also worked for the Arc of Frederick County as Service Coordinator/social worker for the State of Maryland. He later finished his Massage Diploma in Colorado and returned to Maryland to complete a Massage Degree. Thomas is making his name as a reputeable neuro-muscular/active release therapist often incorporating kinesiology with his bodywork to promote proper function and healing.

Jen Anderson-Kushnir

Licensed Massage Therapist

Jen is a seasoned massage therapist with over ten years of experience. Her specialties range from deep tissue massage and Myofascial release to Cupping and Aromatherapy as well as a host of other body work modalities and various energy healing techniques. Jen is a Usui Reiki Master Teacher, an Ama~Deus Practitioner, and an Angel Link Facilitator. This extensive training in energy work adds a unique perspective to her sessions as she follows her intuition and divine guidance to bring a complete balance to the mind, body and spirit. Jen's passion about the positive effects of holistic therapies for her clients along with unconditional love and compassion for nature drive her to continue her education as a natural healer as she discovers and learns new treatments and holistic therapies.

Miranda Beck

Licensed Lead Esthetican & Makeup Artist & Certified Dr.Hauschka Esthetician

Miranda has had a love affair with the skin since a very young age.  Finally, she decided to persue her credentials as a licensed esthetician at Von Lee International School of Aesthetics and was granted her license by the Maryland State Board of Cosmotologists in 2010.  She has made it her quest to teach her clients about their skin, and help them learn that natural is better.  Currently she is working towards obtaining a certificate in aromatherapy. 

Rachelle Lorick

Licensed Esthetician & Makeup Artist & Certified Dr.Hauschka Esthetician

Rachelle has been a licensed cosmetologist since 2005. During her cosmetology training she discovered her love for skin care. She later decided to build on that love and further her education by training at the Aveda Institute in Washington D.C. During her training I learned to appreciate nature and how almost all chemicals are synthetic versions of what is found in nature. So, she thought, why not go all natural? Rachelle continues to gain knowledge about all the wonderful things nature has to offer, and enjoys every bit of it!

 Jennifer Grimes

Licensed Esthetician & Makeup Artist

Jennifer is a Licensed Esthetician who enjoys sharing her love of luxurious, organic products and pampering with her clients. With a good basic education in skincare and makeup from Von Lee International, she became licensed in Maryland in 1988. Through training in Shiatsu, Yoga and Tai Chi she has enhance her practice and to help her deliver superior care to her clients. She has a passion for making people 'glow' with her make up artistry. Organic gardening and healthy cooking are two of her favorite pastimes.  

Joey Elizabeth Hagan

Licensed Esthetician & Makeup Artist

Joey is an acomplished skin care therapist with 6 years of experience. Trained in California, Joey recently moved to Baltimore with her new husband to start a their life together. Her love of skin care shows in her touch and ability to relax and rejuvenate her clients. She is passionalte about educting her clietns on the benefits of proper skin care and is very exticed about her new experiences here in Baltimore.
